Working For Donor Direct Consulting
Donor Direct Consulting’s management and fundraisers include many like-minded individuals who approach their employment with the understanding that providing professional representation of health, disaster relief, social justice and environmental causes is less about financial compensation than it is about passionate interest and a self-motivated integrity.
Donor Direct Consulting campaigners are compensated with competitive rates which enable the campaigner to professionally represent a cause, usually on a full-time basis. Starting wage may vary depending on experience and qualification. Campaigners never receive any form of commission that reflects their personal success as a campaigner, as it is Donor Direct Consulting’s view that such a motivation may distort campaigner integrity and a charity’s public image.
All potential campaigners must submit to a security background check and sign a form of confidentiality for the protection of the organizations we represent.
Applying to be a Fundraiser
Before you apply to work with us as a fundraiser, you must fulfill the following criteria.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must speak fluent English to ensure that you’re capable of engaging members of the public in conversation in a clear, confident and relaxed manner.
- If you are from another country, you must have a work visa valid for Canada.

Telemarketing
We are looking for conscientious, empathetic fundraisers. No experience is necessary. Training will be provided for the right individual.
This is a full-time work from home position, 34 hours a week: Monday to Thursday, 1 to 8 PM and Friday, 12 to 6 PM Pacific Time.
Wages are $20 and up, depending on experience and performance.
Dental and vision benefits after six months.
